Do you make earrings for stretched ears?For standard dangle earrings, locking kidney wires or seamless hoops are available, just make a note with your order with your preferred option.
For studs, a silicone plug can be easily modified to wear stud earrings! Many are available with "piercings" already, or you can DIY it by carefully poking a hole with a sturdy needle. Pop the stud earrings in & you're good to go. :)
Why aren't the stud earrings flatbacks?
Sterling silver is not suitable for permanent body jewelry applications and should not be worn as such. I know that flatbacks are more comfortable than butterfly backs, and if/when I think it is applicable I will make them. Weight and size of the earrings is a large factor in how I choose which style to make. If you are looking for something very specific, feel free to reach out to me and I would be more than happy to make a custom pair that is comfortable and wearable for you!

It is okay to get your jewelry wet, and to wear it everyday. With time, sterling silver will tarnish yellow, blue and black colors as it reacts to our environments. The bright shine and white color can be renewed with any silver polishing soaps or cloths. I recommend sunshine cloths.
Very small sections do have a chance of breaking, but can easily be repaired. For any repairs or just a general clean and re-polish, feel free to reach out to me.
How long will my order take?
All jewelry is made to order, so it takes me 4-6 weeks to produce and ship your pieces. This is my full time gig, I do a lot of in person shows and my inventory fluctuates unpredictably. If I have a piece ready to ship, I will send it to you right away! Otherwise, thank you for understanding and for your patience. If you need something for a special occasion, please reach out to me and I might be able to make it work for you.
Prints typically take 7-10 days. I work with a third party that prints and ships them for me, which makes it possible for me to fully stock my shop full time. They do a great job but if it takes longer than a couple weeks for you to get your print, please let me know.
The price was different last I looked, why?
The silver market fluctuates on a daily basis and I semi-regularly update my site's pricing to reflect that. I also adjust things on a rolling basis depending on other material costs and to accomodate what I need to pay myself. Sometimes I have to switch suppliers or the cost of things just changes. Thank you for understanding and supporting me as an independent artist!
Do you take illustration commissions?

How did you learn to make knives?
I taught myself in my dad's shop. I watched a lot of videos, made a lot of medicore knives, eventually took a class to learn to pattern weld and one knife turned in to many and eventually a sword.
And now you make jewelry?
It's a lot easier to have a jewelry bench in the basement of your apartment, than a forge. I just like to work with metal.
